An award-winning Chester restaurant and one of Cheshire’s most exclusive wedding venue providers have joined forces to offer a unique dining experience for couples seeking to add something special to their big day.
Chef’s Table Events, the catering arm of highly-regarded Chester city centre restaurant, The Chef’s Table, is partnering with local wedding venue specialist, Harthill Weddings to offer stand-out cuisine for receptions taking place at Curdlands Barn in Burwardsley, and the Penbedw Estate in Flintshire, North Wales.
Couples planning to have their wedding at Curdlands Barn, a stunning sandstone building with picturesque views across the Cheshire plains, or in the rural surrounds of the Penbedw Estate, will be able to treat their guests to food prepared by the expert Chef’s Table team. The much-loved restaurant has helped to put Chester on the culinary map and, since opening five years ago, has received numerous accolades, including the Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Awards ‘Best Small Restaurant’ title for four years in a row. Taking inspiration from the inventive Chef’s Table menu, catering options available at the two Harthill Weddings venues will include dishes such as cider roast spring chicken with wild garlic, potato risotto and confit yolk, and blood orange cake with candied blood orange and compressed rhubarb orange curd ice cream.
